FIVE ELEMENT YIN YOGA - FALL CLASSES

JOIN ME EACH MONDAY EVENING FROM 6-7PM FOR A SEASONAL INVESTIGATION OF MERIDIAN LINES USING YOGA POSES. THE AUTUMN SESON WILL BE DEDICATED TO LUNG AN DLARGE INTESTINE MERIDIAN LINES AS WELL AS A LOOK AT WHAT NEEDS NOURISHING FOR THE WINTER MONTHS.


THIS IS A SELF -CARE JOURNEY TO SUPPORT US IN THE SEASONAL SHIFTS AND TO GROUND US IN A SUPPORTED MIND/BODY PRACTICE. ALL LEVELS WELCOME.


  • TOOLS/PROPS - I like to place a blanket over my yoga mat for extra support and it is nice to have a few soft props available just in case, for example, a towel, a pillow and a block or firm pillow.
