It’s been a while since we have cleansed together so I hope you will join me for this virtual group experience as we share our kindness and ability to look inward while changing mindsets and cooking some fresh, plant-based seasonal fare.

The cleanse will be less strict this season for obvious reasons as we gently shift from that “everyday feels the same to “what awaits for me on the mat, in the kitchen, out my window?” state of being. We’ll see how it goes, I think it’s going to be great! IT’s the first time, we all actually have the time to plan, prepare, and partake.
