My Five Element Thai Massage is a unique blend of Thai Yoga, Yin Sotai, and Yin Yoga, a dynamic trio of meridian and fascia therapies designed to restore physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Over decades of study and hands-on practice, I’ve developed this signature approach to encourage the free flow of energy throughout the body while deeply nourishing the muscles and nervous system.

Each session is fully customized. I use Yin Sotai and meridian palpation for assessment, then guide you through a flowing sequence of Thai Yoga stretches infused with Five Element Yin postures. This partnered style of bodywork combines breathwork, acupressure, fascia release, and gentle assisted stretching to bring the whole body into balance.

Sessions take place on a comfortable Shiatsu mat, fully clothed in loose or stretchy attire. The experience is grounding, restorative, and deeply therapeutic. Clients often notice:
