With the Fall harvest at it's peak, I sometimes find it hard to make room for all the roots, greens and delicious veggies  that are so plentiful and a root cellar is not in my future.  So, I have been making my way to  my Champion Juicer ( I picked this up on craigslist for $70!)  each morning to prepare a daily green juice to compliment my morning yoga practice.  This month, the focus is on lungs and large intestine, the seasonal metal elements.
