Teen & Young Adult Sessions for Stress and Anxiety
The teen and young adult years can feel overwhelming - balancing school, friendships, family expectations, and the pressure to plan for the future. These transitions often bring stress, anxiety, mood swings, and difficulty sleeping.
My sessions are designed to support young people in finding calm, building resilience, and reconnecting with themselves. Using acupuncture, gentle bodywork, nutrition guidance, and mindfulness practices, I create a safe and supportive environment where teens and young adults can learn tools to manage stress and improve overall mental wellness.
