Join me and other like minded beach and yoga enthusiasts for Yoga on the A-frame Yoga Deck, amazing food inspired by the LK5 Summer Cleanse and of course some stellar beach time! We'll end our day with a Deep Rest Yin Yoga Sequence and Sound Bath before departing. You will enjoy a casual meal with a glass of Rose on Fair Harbor's ferry dock.  You'll love the casual vibe of this barefoot summer community.  Find your way to the ferry, flip your shoes off for the day and get your healing beach vibrations before the weekend even begins.
