Back by popular demand, Yin for the Skin!!
Last February, I hosted a Qi Gong Yin class for skin health as part of a monthly offering. This was the most popular class of the year. I have done some deeper work on this subject over the last year and from that, have developed a 3-part online series that will include the following:
Short do-able Qigong work-outs to enhance Qi and blood flow to the face and skin
Myo and Acu Yin flows for enhancing meridian Qi in the face
Facial Meridian Nidra (guided meridian meditation using the meridian pathways of the face as a guide)
Facial Gua Sha with acupressure self-massage for skin toning
Qigong Facial Cleansing - its a Qigong meridian bath for your face and can be easily done each day to enhance your complexion from the inside out.
The LK Radiant Glow Program is packed with wonderful longevity practices that when done consistently over time show improved facial muscle tone, improved skin radiance and an energy boost for the brain!
Each class will incorporate Yin Yoga and Qigong along with some of the added extras listed above. Classes run about 90 minutes. Once you sign up I will provide you with a list of tools to have for the class. Classes will be recorded and you will receive lifetime recordings when you buy all 3, otherwise you will receive a 30-day recording.
