Thai Yoga, SoTai and Yin Yoga are dynamic meridian therapies used for physical, mental and emotional well-being. Over decades of practice and study I have created a unique blend of traditional Thai Yoga stretches combined with Japanese So Tai movement to encourage free flow of energy through the body. During a session, yin poses are infused along the way to give a restorative balance to the whole body. Sessions are performed on a Shiatsu mat on the floor in loose or stretchy clothing, using enhanced breath-work, acupressure, meridian stretching and yin postures. In addition to stretching and nourishing the muscles, So Thai Yin improves circulation, relieves muscle tension, balances the body's energy and induces a full body calm that can last for days.

I came to develop this bodywork because it offers the practitioner an equally nourishing experience when done intelligently.  Intentional movement and breath work heightens a practitioner’s awareness and ability to heal. This energetic dynamic offers great opportunity for both patient and practitioner to gain benefit from the ebb and flow nature of the practice.
