In this 30-hour training you will learn the basics of Yin Yoga from a Chinese Medicine perspective, where meridian lines meet asana on a unique platform. Yin yoga is a longevity practice that strongly affects our bones and joints over time. It offers a powerful healing method using the Chinese medicine meridian lines and helps us to cultivate patience, generate energy and find our way deeper into ourselves.

PRE-REQUISITES: You do not need to be a yoga teacher to take this Yin Training. It is a wonderful practice to have in your alternative medicine kit. I do recommend that you have at least 1 year of dedicated yoga practice to join this immersion. I highly recommend the training for Yoga teachers, Nurses, Acupuncturists, Massage Therapists, Physical Therapist and other body workers that want to explore using fascia and meridians as a way into healing.
BIO: Laura is a 20+ year practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Western Nutrition and uses Yin Yoga therapeutically to enhance the healing process from deep within. She is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher graduating from Jaya Yoga Center’s first yoga teacher training in 2011. She has more than 300 hours of training through Insight Yoga Institute where she studies Yin/Yang Yoga and Buddhist Psychology and Mindfulness with Sarah and Ty Powers.
