Join Alana and Laura on January 28-29th for the first of 3-weekends. Our unique take on Yin Yoga is derived from a "Yoga Nutrition" philosophy that we have developed by incorporating our backgrounds in Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda and Eastern/Western Nutrition. Learn the true benefits of guiding Qi and Prana through your body to improve your overall health.
Training includes Chinese Meridian Theory, Ayurveda, Qi Cultivation Techniques for organ cleansing, and 5-element and Tri-Dosha sequencing for organ, joint and inner healing. All yoga practitioners welcome.
